Kelley Consulting Group is a full service consulting firm that includes toxicologists, attorneys, physicians and other allied medical-legal experts. Our group provides support to prosecutors and legal counsel through serving as expert witnesses in toxicology as well as other medical disciplines.
Dr. Sharon S. Kelley, Founder and CEO, is a toxicologist with a firm foundation in drug chemistry and over 30 years of practice in the fields of toxicology, emergency medicine and law enforcement.
While completing a Bachelor’s degree in pre-medical sciences at the University of South Florida, she served as a Tampa police officer which afforded her firsthand experience in recognition of street and prescription drug abuse. She completed her Masters degree in Drug Chemistry at the University of Florida and later was awarded her PhD in toxicology. Dr. Kelley is an independent toxicology consultant and educator for projects involving opioid awareness, risk management and athletic drug safety.
Sharon went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Drug Chemistry from the University of Florida and a PhD in Toxicology from the University of South Florida. She serves as an affiliate faculty member with the University of South Florida College of Medicine and, in addition to teaching emergency medicine, serves as a narcotics consultant for the Florida Attorney General, Department of Health and numerous law enforcement entities. She lectures nationally and internationally to medical, legal, faith based and corporate entities which include military and sports organizations.
